🔁 Subscriptions (if applicable)
If we offer subscription-based items in the future:
You’ll receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and charged according to your plan.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled in advance.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time using the link in your order confirmation email.

🕰️ Pre-orders & Kickstarter Items
When you purchase a pre-order or back a Kickstarter item, you’re securing a product not yet in inventory or in final production.
These are often limited, made-to-order, and created specifically for our supporters. For that reason:
Pre-orders or Kickstarter pledges cannot be canceled once production has started.
If the order hasn’t yet entered production or been fulfilled, cancellation may be possible upon request — please contact us as soon as possible at Info@sarahsmystery.com.
If your order has been shipped or fulfilled, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. You may refer to our Return & Refund Policy to explore options.
