📦 Returns
We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
✅ Your item must be in the same condition as received
✅ Unworn or unused
✅ With original tags and packaging
✅ You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
✅ The item must have been purchased at full price
🛑 We do not accept returns on discounted, pre-order or sale items.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must still be unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and purchased at full price.

💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or card issuer may take longer to process and post the refund.
